Hi, I am Pete Davies and I would like to thank you for visiting the website. I hope that I and the networks that I am involved will be of great benefit to you.

I am passionate about enabling leaders to build strong and awesome 21st century churches, and have been blessed with over 20 years of leadership experience in local and international ministry, all augmented with a Masters degree in Management and a skill set that can add significant value to your ministry or charity.

My focus and commitment is to facilitate transformational and transitional change throughout ministry that is local and worldwide.

After leaving e@b in 2008 following 7 years of significant expansion and development I commenced my consultancy service to faith based charities. Applying the Joseph principle in essence I have sought to draw out the good seed collected during 7yrs of growth, development and transformational leadership of the e@b house (elimbristol.org) and extensive international travels. This seed is now being planted in the lives of other church leader and charities, in order to produce a harvest. The application of this strategy has already proven to release unusual favour in the houses and lives that I have been invited to assist.

I am married to Andrea and between us we have five children – Matthew, David, Charis, Jessica and Beth, all of whom we are immensely proud of and love dearly.
